Following on from the US case of online terms & conditions stopping a family later suing Disney for wrongful death at one of their resorts, now it seems the T&Cs you sign on using the Uber Ap in the USA will massively curtail your legal rights when your Uber crashes & causes you life transforming injuries.
The gig economy has gone from exploiting its 'employees' to ensuring you have no recourse should using the service lead to injury.
