Comment tu veux ne rien rater à 3 heures du matin quand tu as géré un service à flux tendu toute la journée, et dans le royaume d'Ubu qu'est l'hôpital.
(Faudrait que je foute tout ça dans un blog oué oué)

Des médecins hospitaliers en France pouvaient enchaîner 72 heures de garde il y a quelques années.
Les 48 heures de garde étaient "un progrès", et quand c'était 24, accueillies avec soulagement.
Les assistants en Suisse (internes) peuvent enchaîner jusqu'à 70 heures par semaine. Et l'internat ici peut durer bien longtemps qu'en France.
Bien payés ensuite, mais à quel prix.
Côté infirmier, les hôpitaux ont très souvent une équipe entière de remplaçant'es.
Côté médecin ? Nope. À Noël, on gère 2 services au lieu d'un. Le sous effectif est "not a bug, but a feature".
Parfois des intérimaires mais ça peut être pire que mieux (pas à jour, pas formés à l'administratif, très très chers).
