One week away till . biking together in a festive & radically -bike environment we'll ride the streets of Eugene for @ 1.5 hours & then end the ride w/ a dance party w/ fire spinners, Live DJ, campfire, snacks & libations (BYOB is encouraged). I’m leading another Seattle Queer History Ride Sat July 20 at 1 pm!

This 7.3 mile ride from Volunteer Park will visit places around Capitol Hill old & new as I tell stories about Seattle’s queer history at a Leisurely pace.

We know that exercise is good for you, but the health benefits of cycle commuting are striking. A study followed 82,000 people over 18 years and showed that cyclists had 47% lower risk of death (during the study period) compared with inactive commuters, plus a 51% lower risk of dying from cancer. Other major benefits were also noted.
