While researching the Denobulan written language yesterday, I noticed what later happened to Alexander's remote-controlled car from #StarTrekTNG's "Rascals"↗️↘️: It was stuck on a stick and became a Denobulan cave research tool in #StarTrekENT's "The Breach"⬅️...😅
In order to distinguish future Riker's ready room from the regular version in #StarTrekTNG's "Future Imperfect"⬆️ different "guest" chairs (Ribbon Chairs
by Steve Leonard) were used. The regular chairs can be seen in the screenshot from "The Ensigns of Command"⬇️.
Here are a few shots from the end of #StarTrekTNG's "Future Imperfect", showing the real appearance of Barash. I always loved the lights inside his insect eyes. When his costume was sold, we saw what his feet and legs really looked like, unfortunately, the camera never went down.
This is one of the strangest bloopers in #StarTrekTNG's "Future Imperfect": when Ethan/Barash unrolls his map of the Romulan tunnels, it suddenly turns from transparent plastic ⬆️ to parchment ⬇️ between shots, from one frame to another. I wonder why this was done! 😅
Whatever happened to those nanites that Wesley helped evolve? They got their own planet at the end of "Evolution." Were they ever heard from again? I like to picture that they created whole cities and civilizations...eventually creating little rockets and becoming space explorers. Squeee! #StarTrek #StarTrekTNG
"I failed the first time."
I love Picard's honesty and vulnerability in this scene. ❤️
I also love that Wesley did NOT get in. The lessons we learn from failure are often more valuable than what we gain by winning. Half of this episode was about how one's character is tested by failure. Learning to fail gracefully is a hard lesson to learn especially if you're gifted.

Here are all the shots we get of the Ferengi ensign in #StarTrekTNG's "Future Imperfect". Unlike Nog, who's going to wear one matching his uniform color on #StarTrekDS9, this Ferengi is wearing one of the Ferengi military headdresses introduced in season 2's "Peak Performance".
There are only a few episodes in which Geordi is seen without a VISOR and/or without contact lenses. #StarTrekTNG's "Future Imperfect"↖️↗️, "Hide and Q"↙️ and "Interface"↘️ are examples of episodes where he is seen without.
Promellians only had two eyes, as seen in #StarTrekTNG's "Booby Trap" (1st row) but the statues on Lyrek have four eyes in #StarTrekDiscovery's "Under the Twin Moons". Maybe the Promellians took over an enemy facility (from the Menthars?) and used "what was already there"⬇️?
I'm intrigued by this alien delegate, seen in #StarTrekDiscovery's "Red Directive"⬅️. Really reminds me of a Selay (#StarTrekTNG's "Lonely Among Us"➡️). Could it be one?
Happy #FirstContactDay everyone! :-)

Happy #FirstContactDay!
Cochrane: "This other guy you keep talking about, this historical figure....I never met him"
Riker: "Someone once said 'Don't try to be a great man. Just be a man, and let history make its own judgements'"
Cochrane: "Who said that?"
Riker: "You did, 10 years from now"
I love this moment in #StarTrekTNG's "Future Imperfect". It seems as if Jonathan Frakes has forgotten his line "Music lessons" for a second and then everybody reacts hilariously, particularly Marina Sirtis! :-) Watch this scene if you need something to cheer you up! :-)
