The book makes you think about life, and your place in it, through showcasing different philosophies. It is downright honest, motivating, but without proposing a solution as most self-help books do. If you're familiar with the philosophies in the book, you may not benefit from it too much. I recommend this to anyone who is unfamiliar with philosophy.
