It was alright, but rather slow in the first half, and hard to engage with. The second half was mich better, but some of the narrative shifts threw me off at times.

A good book overall. The author does seem to delve a little too deep than is necessary into the science behind her examples at times. The book is a great jumping off point for many other conversations and questions the reader may have in regard to the intersection of the Catholic faith and science.

It was interesting to read this in 2023. Many of the things spoken about in the book are more understood at this point. The lessons being taught as well, but this book proves once again that theology is intertwined in ways we can't anticipate. Though the surface level lessons are known, the authors find a way to show how the things learned during the pandemic can be applied outside the pandemic as well.
