yeah, this looks quite interesting. Amazon has the reputation of catering to it's customers, but not to it's workers. I have the hardback edition. Harper and Row edition, 1980. ISBN # 0-06-014243-x Progress: 35 pages in, so far. I had read "The White-Boned Demon" maybe 40 years ago so Ross Terrill is familiar.
