Really Peter Robinson should stick to writing police procedurals and not try to convert Banks into some sort of spy novel.
It was okay but neither story line really gripped and the conclusion was too "spooks" to be realistic. If I wanted to read a spy novel I would buy a spy novel, instead I wanted a crime novel and this didn't really deliver.
