i've been a bit distracted lately but i wanted to read some more pages and out of the books i've got going on at the moment this seemed like the easiest one to pick up again. but damn is it depressing. starts out as just some dead dude on a boat but it seems like, by the halfway point, hawkins has already forgotten about that and is instead focused just on finding new ways to bum you out.
