Strong Start

Used the audiobook — been meaning to find a framework to make meaningful apologies without centring my feelings/ needs for reassurance and do my duties in my community and neighbourhood without stretching myself thin — the stoics have been comforting — this text was a good refresh primer on concepts and history; going to try to find the Cambridge companion as an interpretative companion to my readings of Seneca (on anger, shortness of life), and Epictetus' Discourses , and Aurelius' Meditations
