I thought it would be a history of Co-Ops in Metro Vancouver, instead it was just a bit of that with some autobiography and meandering history trivia and pictures. Somewhat interesting, mostly boring and bland. The author seems to be very full of themselves. Lacks focus and needs to be edited further. Did not finish. Read about 100 pages before giving up though.
