I need to stop reading books that are in genres I don't like, because I think my ratings are probably unfairly hurting the authors. I'm not a fan of romance, so it's going to take a miracle to move me past one star, which Chanel Cleeton did. So for fans of the genre, I'm thinking you'll like this book. It's a romance spun across decades and continents, and – if you're not already versed on our history with Cuba – it provides a good review of the events of the 60s.
