Idriss Jamil Aberkane (born May 23, 1986) is a French lecturer and essayist of Algerian origin. Known for his writings and lectures on personal development, he published a successful essay in 2016, entitled Free up your mind!. However, he is the subject of criticism because he was accused of artificially inflating his CV, and because he uses his three doctoral diplomas (Ph.Ds) to talk about sciences that are not in his areas of expertise. The scientific credibility of its statements and publications is also questioned. In the 2020s, he shared conspiracy theories and false information on the Pandemic of Covid-19, and becomes one of the popular figures of the antivax in France.
