Charlotte Hess

Charlotte Hess ha sido Associate Dean for Research, Collections and Scholarly Communication en la Biblioteca de la Universidad de Syracusa (2008-2013). Previamente, fue directora de la Library and Information Services en el Workshop in Political Theory and Policy Analysis en la Universidad de Indiana y fundadora y directora de la Digital Library of the Commons. Miembro del Executive Council of the International Association for the Study of the Commons entre 1993 y 2009.
