Ahh, back to my chosen genre of mystery/thrillers…
I was afraid that this will me disconnected and disappointing, but it really wasn't. There were several well developed characters as well as an unexpected twist. The overall story was unexpected also. It was not a standard mystery/thriller with standard actions and reactions.
There is, however, a totally EXPECTED romance; as far as I'm concerned is probably unnecessary, but I'm just a nonromantic fuddy-duddy…
