Selective pressures designed our primal physiology, but we can adapt our physiologies and our mind-sets to the modern world, and go beyond nature's limitations to a new frontier of unlimited potential.

Review of 'Primal body -- primal mind' on 'Goodreads'

A top to bottom view of the different aspects of nutrition, what we do wrong and what it affects. Gets a bit preachy, but chock full of information and advice on steps to take. It's loaded with science and studies to back up its claims, but is still very readable for those lacking a science background. I do not possess the appropriate chemistry or biology background to make definitive statements about how right or wrong the author may or may not be.
