not my first self-help book but it definitely gave me something to think about!
Poorly written and shallow content
This book is probably more insightful for city dwellers.
I am from a small town, India.
Our regular lifestyle is a lot similar to what is described.
Had I found it insightful would have given 4/5 stars since there are not many new things 3 stars for this.
