Honestly super generic self-help book. Typical advice, typical format. "Kaizen" is basically about continual improvement, finding small steps you can take to make regular progress on your goals. Which, if you've ever read any sort of self-help book, is pretty normal.
But it's well-written and I had an anxiety attack during the work chapter (that was a good reminder to fix up my work-life balance again), so it did it's job well enough.
