Review of 'World of Warcraft : Rise of the Horde' on 'Goodreads'

For World of Warcraft players, Christie Golden does a fine job of telling the tale of what led to the formation of the Orc Horde in a mystical world called Draenor, and what drove their fall from grace to the Burning Legion.
If you are a fantasy fan, but not a player of World of Warcraft, I'm not as certain that you would find this novel as clear and engrossing. If you are a player, I recommend reading this novel before leveling your character past level 60 in The Burning Crusade expansion. It really serves well as a primer for many of the story threads you will encounter while journeying through Draenor (Outland).
