Indy has been in love with Lee since she was five. but not any more. Guess what happens?
It was comfortable, easy reading. No stressful consequences. No fear ever that something actually bad could stick to anyone or that the couple could ... actually end up apart. The conflicts are minor and resolved too quickly.
One star deducted for boring me with endless descriptions of her outfits and - worse - makeup and for calling her a Rock Chick because she likes to listen to rock music and has a tiny amount of attitude. She's a girly girl who has fallen for the badass.
The second missing star is for them getting together way too early in the book. Having them repeatedly interrupted before they can consummate their relationship is not the same thing as throwing actual obstacles in their way. A genre trope I actually want to see: they …

I finished the book so it wasn't all bad. But I am not gonna go for the sequels, even though I'd been hoping to have a romance series on my hands that would keep me busy for a while.
