I found this novel less interesting than the bulk of my earlier Maisie Dobbs reads. The plot line was 'overly' ambitious making for an ending that was excessively busy and disjointed attempting to close 'too many loose ends'. Oh well, not every book will be a winner. I'll try #7 to see if things perk up.
