This book was a complete waste of time, alas. I found it on my Nook - I think it was a "free Friday" download from B&N which I must have forgotten about - and I felt like something easy to read so I read it. About the only good thing I can say about it though is that she writes decently and grammatically. Apart from that the plot was dull and predictable, the characters were not particularly riveting, and there weren't even any steamy love scenes to add entertainment value ... just a rather predictable and entirely forgettable romance filled with unrealistically beautiful people leading strange and fairly unbelievable lives. It wasn't entirely terrible I suppose but I'd only be tempted to read another book by the same author if I were trapped on an airplane or in hospital with zero attention span.
