3.5-ish
The AU where Lizzie accepts Darcy the first time because she thinks that she'll ruin her family otherwise!
This was uncomfortable in the early chapters since Darcy was, of course, completely besotted with Elizabeth and hadn't the faintest idea she disliked him since she agreed to marry him and all. Their physical relationship was particularly cringe-inducing since Lizzie is basically 65% in "lie back and think of England" mode and 35% in "sexually repressed Regency woman who thinks her husband will be disgusted by her wantonness if she visibly enjoys sex" mode. So, while there's parts she enjoys, Elizabeth finds it on the whole kind of mortifying and embarrassing.
Thankfully, that doesn't go on for long nor is it much dwelled upon before the truth comes out. The rest of the book is good, though in its attempts to emulate Austen's penchant for misunderstandings the particulars get a little …

TW for discussion of suicide.
