The story opens with some development in the Madison storyline. She is in the process of hiring the biggest guns she can find and tossing them in Harley's directon, hoping that they will have the ability to take her out.

The scene changes and we find Harley at a hot tub with senior citizen cyborg, Sy Borgman. She is trying to keep the man busy as the rest of the crew get the surprise party together for him.
