So much to love about this book, which carefully includes all with notes on what to do to convert to FODMAP where required, how to substitute, work around, and use what you have.

It even includes an introduction that encourages you to scribble your ideas and inspiration on it. Every recipe is vegetarian by default, and each has panel which includes:

Make it Vegan Make it Gluten-Free What To Do With Leftovers

And the chapter's with Kon's thoughts about family, love, hope etc are wonderful to read, inspiring, heart-warming and very generous.

Brilliant!
