This book is short, simple, and full of ideas that anyone could figure out or express, expressed in ways that anyone could have. Yet there is a depth, sincerity, and profundity to these mundane suggestions and thoughts that show why Hanh is such a revered teacher.

I am definitely going to keep this book ready to hand, and I will certainly revisit it.
