I wanted to love this, and I did in certain parts! When Midge writes about her own experiences, telling stories, I loved it. But the satirical portions that didn't directly relate to real-life experiences...not so much. I got to the point where within the first couple paragraphs, I could tell if I would be skimming the chapter or fully reading it. I would've give it 2, but the parts that were good were really, really good.
