TowerOfTheArchmage reviewed Death Troopers by Joe Schreiber
Review of 'Death Troopers' on 'Goodreads'

More a one-man audio drama, than a straight reading, complete with music and sound effects, which was strange.
The set-up had a lot of potential; zombies and an imperial prison barge! The characters were interesting, and I liked that there wasn’t a single sign of jedi... And then, roughtly half way through the book Han and Chewie show up. Totally unnecessary. It almost spoiled the book for me. Not everything in the expanded universe has to be tied in directly with the main storyline with characters from the movies! Additionally the ending felt rather forced. They had a really interesting thing going, and rather than deal with it in an interesting way, they just made the problem not a problem anymore.
If you really like zombies and Star Wars, go for it, otherwise... move along... this isn’t the book you’re looking for.
