Just what I needed, just wish I hadn't needed it

During a moment in the journey of breast cancer that I was part & parcel to, I had a low moment and sought out books to soothe my soul, inform my brain, and this one did both. I wasn't the biggest f*up around and I was okay to be ground down. Most people get that way. This book is well-written, well-laid out and full of good information, even 20 years later.
