A well written account of what a journalist saw during Rodrigo Duterte's drug war. The only thing missing was an overview of how the country was reacting while Durterte was president. After you are given the historical context for Durterte's rise, Evangelista sticks to personal stories about people getting killed for almost the entirety of the book.
