A fast, solid read, best taken in pieces, the better to annotate and ponder. There were familiar thoughts, new ideas, relevant histories, and many connections. Food for thought.

This book is fun reading, even for a non-medico.
It is interesting, hilarious and intriguing.

It has interesting anecdotes not only from his life, but from Bayes, Tycho Brahe etc... which makes this book even more interesting and fun to read.
