Very bad; incoherent, biased, 'woke' but appealing to the masses
It is a collection of stories - mixed up like puzzles in the box.
Some stories are weird as the courage described isn't courage.
From self-help book in the beginning it slowly grew to nonsense reading about sacrifice for others (while it started as a book about stoics), nearly 'wokeness' of some people today and lots of opinionated statements you can't swallow if you happen to possess brain.
The majority doesn't and this book will make them feel good.
This book makes you feel good and it shouldn't.
But otherwise it wouldn't be bought, right?
Don't buy it.
Go for Meditations, go for Seneca's works.
Chew the topic yourself, you don't need this goo of contradictions and banality.

I guess it is hard to expect a good book from a podcaster.
