Great rule that's easy to remember. I totally agree with the premise. The book is easy to read and author back up his rule with some research. He applies it to a number of situations.

I borrowed this one from the UHD library. It was a book that presented some common sense and left me with some questions as well. The bottom line is: assholes are not to be tolerated. Period.
