decadent_and_depraved reviewed The Garden of Eden by Ernest Hemingway

The least "Hemingway" book that I have read from Hemingway. I will go crazy trying to figure out how this mature work - full of subtext - faster than speed itself - came from a man like Hemingway. I am not sure if he even knew how good this work actually is and maybe the genius of this book will go unnoticed forever - maybe not - maybe I am merely imagining something that is not there. Whichever is the case, this is certainly the book I will be recommending left and right, for it is just simple enough to breeze through, yet possesses such powerful underlying themes and fascinating dynamics that one could get lost discussing.
