Molly Foust reviewed Crossed by Ally Condie (Matched, #2)
Review of 'Crossed' on 'Goodreads'
3 stars
I still don't find this story to be believable, and I am indifferent to the characters, but I kept wanting to read it. It is well-paced I suppose, and there was a hint in this book that there would be less blah blah about love and more about the politics going on in the dystopian "Society", but the teen readers require that relationship drama continues. I am getting the next one and finishing the trilogy despite my reluctance to finish young adult series for the practical purpose of reading other series and making appropriate recommendations to teen readers. I just want to know what happens. There is some great developments with Xander in book two, and the introduction of a couple new kids that might prove to be interesting.
