Part of an imprint of short essays by TED, "The Art of Stillness is a disappointment. It has some good ideas but is so woefully short that it cannot get into the ideas in any great depth. You can read it in less than 30 minutes and I don't think you'll leave it with any new ideas. Read it quick and then move on.
