Punished by Rewards : Twenty-Fifth Anniversary Edition

Easily one of the most important books I have read lately. I started the book VERY intrigued because I believed that behavioral and nudge theory are almost axiomatically true. I end it not only having reversed my opinion (external motivators always erode internal ones, and one can externally promote internal motivation).
The only "problem" with the book is that it is way too long. It is good to have so many academic references and approaches to the same point, but it makes it very slow to read.

Insightful and dense. This is not a beach read, but well worth the time.
