Dark Sacred Night

I can not not like a Bosch novel. In this one Connelly teams Bosch up with the new kid, Renee Ballard. Another character I quite like. It was great to have them both work together and the ending promises more of these cooperations. The last few Bosch novels made me somewhat sad, because Harry is definitely getting older and I started wondering how long he'll be around. Now that Ballard is set up to take over, I am no longer worried. She'll be a fine replacement. But hopefully that's still a few books away, until then she is a great addition.
