Even the fastest ship in the galaxy can't outrun the past....

THEN:

It's one of the galaxy's most dangerous secrets: a mysterious transmitter with unknown power and a reward for its discovery that most could only dream of claiming. But those who fly the Millennium Falcon throughout its infamous history aren't your average scoundrels. Not once, but twice, the crew of the Falcon tries to claim the elusive prize—first, Lando Calrissian and the droid L3-37 at the dawn of an ambitious career, and later, a young and hungry Han Solo with the help of his copilot, Chewbacca. But the device's creator, the volatile criminal Fyzen Gor, isn't interested in sharing. And Gor knows how to hold a grudge....

NOW:

Es bastante malilla. Hay momentos en que a uno le da la impresión de que es más una parodia o un fanfiction hecho con ánimo de reírse de la franquicia, porque alcanza momentos de disparate dignos de una película de los Zucker y Abrahams, como el momento en el que un gungan que habla perfecto básico sin ningún acento le recrimina a Han Solo que le empiece a hablar con meesa y tuusa tal como hacía Jar Jar en el Episodio I. This was great - a look at Han and Lando, but for those who really like Lando and wish there was more of him, this does have more of him, and he is a little more vital to the whole mission, both in the past and present. The author also does some narrating in the audiobook - and he was really good!

2/12 relisten - this bad guy is still one of the creepiest, strangest ones in all of Star Wars, but he's not a sith or empire person, making him different... and while listening again, I noticed the relationship between Han and Lando more - at times even thinking that they certainly act like an old married couple. Fun times. :)
