Review of 'No Rules Rules' on 'GoodReads'

This book is really astonishing: Somehow it feels like they removed some rules like a vacation policy and replaced it directly with peer pressure. And for the same parts I never want to work there and I am really intrigued how this all works out.
And still, according to the number of turn-overs this concept kind of works.
One key take-away for me was the stuff about different cultures in regards to behaviour and to direct feedback. This is in fact an issue that I also experience. Oh and the story about the documentary "Icarus".
