Nice thing if you want to recognize when people use manipulative tricks not only in the office but everywhere else. The most useful thing in this book is questions you can ask when you suspect that somebody is trying to manipulate you.
It's not the book I'm proud of reading. But the reason to play the game is to be free of it.
