Raised by wolves after being orphaned in childhood, Weylyn Grey, a man with astonishing powers, is evaluated by the people who care or wonder about him, including a woman who falls in love with him after he saves her from an angry wolf.
Almost a five star ✨
Weylyn Grey captured my heart from the begining. His story was woven through so many others lives, leaving a trail of wonder and love behind him. The whole novel showed us Weylyn (and Merlin) from their points of view and how he came into their lives and then left them in equally strange and mysterious ways. I'm so glad he finally got what he wanted from life in the end, he deserved to feel a shred of happiness.
Meh. I was bored.

The expression of the desires of the heart can have consequences beyond one’s control.
With unusual gifts come great burdens; with loss comes appreciation, wonderment, and love.
Told through the stories of those who encountered, endured, or loved an extraordinary person throughout his life; Ruth Emmie Lang has crafted an endearing tale that is poignant, whimsical, and finally, heartwarming.
