Orbiter

Orbiter is an ode to the wonder of space travel, released just after the Challenger disaster. In some ways it feels a bit like a Planetary story that didn't quite make the cut, but that's a pretty high bar. Expect the usual Ellis ensemble framing, but add more weird alien biotech and gleefully hopeful techies than normal.

Hm... this should have been double the length. I was just getting into it and all of a sudden these three scientists follow an astronaut that's been missing for 10 years, who nearly killed someone in an insane rage, and they're just like, sure! take us into space! I need more than that.
