tried to read this for a book club but when others gave up, i honestly lost the little bit of interest i still had. it's just not enjoyable to read. the characters are constantly miserable and nothing good ever happens in their lives. it just makes you feel depressed while reading.

None

An interesting crime book I thought. Some bizarre characters I wouldn't normally expect to see together. Medical conditions thrown in and plot twists you couldn't make up. A 'damaged' girl, in a wrong place, getting entangled in some other drama, an older woman trying to help her as she is getting the blame, by shifting the blame onto someone else who then turns out to be the culprit after all. I found her unfiltered outbursts quite funny at times, even though they caused her so much trouble, especially the uncontrolled laughter.
