I am really impressed with this, my 2nd foray, into the storytelling of Ms. Waxman. This was yet another romp, perfect for bookworms, especially. Plus pretty believable romantic complications. Very enjoyable, without being shallow or terribly obvious.
I liked the book. It was exactly what i needed - a simple, happy story full of cliches and without surprises. Still, it gave me a lot to think about. A nice touch are the thought-provoking questions in the end.
I gave this 5 stars because in addition to being an entertaining story that was a quick read, it kept me laughing out loud for 300+ pages. One of the funniest things Iβve read in some time. Ended way too abruptly . . . but maybe thatβs just because I wanted to spend more time with these people.
More like 3.5. Very witty, quite funny and I adored the planner pages. Downside: hokey and very predictable.
