Review of 'Taming the Tiger Within' on 'Goodreads'

4 stars

This is a collection of very short meditations from three early books by Thich Nhat Hanh. The book is basically a series of chapters composed of little meditations and sayings. None of them go longer than a page, yet they can lead you to reflect and meditate well after you have read the page. The author looks at anger, love, fear, and other emotions, offering ways to deal with them and turn them to something positive. Overall, an easy read that provides some comfort and inspiration. I will likely reread it at one point.
