Review of 'Geist (The Order)' on 'Goodreads'

A female protagonist in her 30’s? Who smokes? Awesome! Now if only she were more like-able. The support characters do a lot to make up for that fact though. I found myself frustrated that we didn’t get to spend more time and focus with them.

I also wanted to hear more about the setting. It’s is really fascinating, and in some ways reminded me of [b:Sabriel|518848|Sabriel (Abhorsen, #1)|Garth Nix|http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1293655399s/518848.jpg|3312237]. I also want to know more about the Order of the Deacons.
