This is included at the end of the Kindle edition of Winter Tide, which is kind of unfortunate because it would have worked better if I'd read it before reading the full novel. It doesn't really add anything new, and the history between the characters felt sufficiently fleshed out in Winter Tide. It wasn't bad though.
