The Light Between Worlds

I wanted more from this: more time in the woodlands, more of other people's perspective, just more. Overall enjoyable, and I think can be a fun read, but just not quite enough for me to give a higher rating.

I don't usually leave a review but after reading this I felt I must. This story has held me captive and even appeared in my dreams.

I picked it up as it says it is a cross between The Magicians and Narnia. This is not a Narnia fanfic, this is the grown up The Magicians with even more sadness and beauty.

The beauty of the family, the beauty of the writing, the way you are allowed in the lives of the 2 main characters. The beauty helps you carry on reading to the end even if you don't know you can.
