A solid, classic intro to Gundam. Very fast paced and consistently so, characters strike a really good balance between silly and serious, fights are energetic and at times a bit tear-jerking, easy read over all.
Fantastic manga adaptation of the original Gundam anime by the anime's art director. Mostly adheres to the original stories with some changes here and there. So far those changes seem to largely fill in some of the weak points in the anime (such as providing some explanation as to how a kid is able to just hop in a Gundam and defeat experienced mobile suit pilots).
Looking forward to continuing this series.
